Dr. Syed Faizal is a Professional Communication & Leadership Coach who helps people to improve their verbal and nonverbal skills through his years of research and systematically proven persuasive methods. For the past 13 years he has delivered more than 1,750 workshops, seminar, training & learning programs and more than 14,500 hours of presentation to government officials, teachers and students in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. Armed with his experience as General Manager at Little Caliphs International Sdn. Bhd. where he managed one million ringgit subsidiary company to be successful. Now he shares and transform people lives through communication, leadership, emotional intelligence and body language strategies.
He has served clients such as Prime Minister Department, Health Ministry of Malaysia, Immigration Department, National Library of Malaysia, Financial Ministry of Malaysia and more than hundreds of Government Departments, Agencies and Schools. In 2021, he was also awarded as the BEST Presenter for the International Conference on Media and Social Sciences. On top of that, he was also awarded as the Most Influential Educators Award by the Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN).
